SCALES IN SD

Hi,

I have maintained scales in a condition type in SD, but when I create my sales order, the price is not retrieved from VK11.

The system has found the price but I have the following message : requirement are not fullfilled for the condition type.

When I check the customizing, I have the type of requirement "2"

Somebody could tell me why the scales are not working?

Dear ELMKA

The requirement " 2 " is met if the document item category is relevant for pricing and no previous condition in the pricing procedure has set the condition exclusion flag. When the item is not relevant for pricing or the condition exclusion indicator has been set.And one more thing I would like to know if you scales from 500 unit then why you are checking it with 450 unit during sale order (as per your screen shoots). *May be this is the reason the system is not picking.

Please check the same.

Good catch. You are right.

Hi ELMKA ,

If your quantity is not in the scales, then system will not propose. Change the quantity to 500 in sales order, then condition record will trigger.

Hi Elmka ,

Check the following

'

1) Check whether plant maintained at line item in the sales order

2) Check whether item category is relevent for pricing. Goto VOV7 and check whether the field "pricing" is X
