Changing Pension wage types from standard Pension infotype to IT14?

I am having lots of issues with the SAP standard Pension infotype 0361 for Ireland. SAP has advised me to use infotype 14 so that it will process as required (arrears processing and Advance holiday pay).

The question i have is should i create new pension wage types in infotype 14 so that it does not cause issues down the line. As i am having to put them in a non standard pension infotype, i will have to change the settings of the existing wage types so that it will calculate correctly in the payroll (i.e. reduce taxable pay). In the standard payroll processing, this was done in the schema when it read from the pension infotype 361.

When I transfer the existing pension wage types into IT14, they are not adding into /3P1 Pens.EE contribution as they are not being processed from the Pension infotype.

How do i get the pension deduction to calculate correctly (i.e reduce /121 taxable pay)?

Thanks a mill
