Cost center cost offset

Hi all,

Our company has this situation.

Maintenance workers work fulltime for a facility in our company to do work orders jobs, which will be paid by our customer.

These Workers will use CATS to entry timesheet, and Payroll will pay these employees based their hourly rate. This will post to Employee home cost center.

Work orders confirmation will automatically record of labor cost in a cost center the maintenance workers working on, which is different from Employee home cost center.

The special situation is the wage(include benefit) our company paid for these employees will bill to our customer. We need offset these cost in our home cost center and actual cost center, we don't want cost in these cost centers to affect our balance sheet.

Please advise a solution. thanks advance.
