Process and Forms Get Wrong Form in Stage Two

Hi,

I made a copy of the HR_PD_CREATE_POSITION and also the ISR scenario and Form Scenario.

I created a new form that works perfectly on step 1, when sending to the approver in step 2 he always fetches the standard form and not what I have created.

Also removed of the ISR Scenario (ZO03) "SASR" value through vision V_SCENARIO_TMPL.

Has anyone gone through a similar situation and could help me?
