Contact person address


Hi All,

We have some inconsistancy in contact person address maintanance.

User creates contact persons in R/3(ECC) and also in CRM.

All contacts created in ECC has address communcation details in relation ship address. Home address in ECC is not updated for any contacts.

When these contacts replicated into CRM, relation ship address(phone/email/fax) has values but not the main address(Communcation address). With new marketing functionality and groupware integration, we are finding the issue as we required main address for some functionality.

My question here is: how these addresses mapped from ECC to CRM and CRM to ECC? Do we have any configuration to map the addresses in ECC and CRM?

Is there any better way to Map the address correctly with the existing data?

Any help will be highly appreceated.
