Priority change according to specified incident status (CRM UI)

Hello SCN users.

We are running on Solman 7.1 SPS6 and we have authorization requirement.

I would like to set authorization for priority changing according to specified incident status (e.g when status 'In process' changes of priority available, status 'new' changes of priority not avaiable). Any tips will be appreciated.
