I see the same issue today in FireFox but MS IE is working correctly! Yesterday MS IE had the same issue as FF.

For me its working with all 3 browsers(Chrome,IE,FF) properly with FF 50.0 version! Problem only is if I open for other languages too...the language doesnt change...page opens with English languague only!

And yes, only English help is available (tested in IE)!

Language versions are also OK for BPC 10, incorrect for BPC 10.1
