    Hi,

The Java Development tab will be displayed if u have installed PDK(Portal development kit). So u need to download pdk and install it. Then only you will be able to get the java development tab.

    Hi Suman,

As George said, you need to install the pdk for getting the Java development tab. You can download the 90 days trial version of PDK from https://www.sdn.sap.com/sdn/downloads.sdn?page=PDK60_download.htm. After deploying the par file, you will be able to see 'com.sap.pct.pdk.JavaDeveloper' role added to your roles list. Add this role to the user for whom you want to show the Java development tab. The next time the user logs in he'll be able to see the tab,

    Hope this helps,

    Best Regards,

    Nibu.
