Error during dimension processing

I am receiving errors trying to process a dimension. I have tried four different tables and each one errors out. The message is "Exception error has occurred; check the log ID = 11356 for more details". Where can I find this log? I tried searching my local machine and found a log file called "BPCLOG.1.LOG" which has a current date/time stamp on it. I then tried searching the file for "11356" and came up empty. I came across the following line which is current as of the time I started processing the dimension but didn't see anything that stood out to me since I don't know what I'm supposed to be looking for. There are another 800 lines in the log file that follow this entry.

I tried searching the server and couldn't find any log file modified today that appeared to have any relevant information. I only came across several "GetBaseMembers.log" files that only list a start time.

I should note that I am working in our test environment trying to get screenshots for updating our documentation so it's not critical that I solve the issue but I would like to understand how to troubleshoot these errors nonetheless. And I want to request access from IT if the logs are saved to a location that I cannot access.
