Load java Database Content

Hi,

i have been trying to install SneakPreview Edision from past three days,but i wasnt successfull ,I am getting error at at Load Java Database Content at 22step.

i found workarounds in the forums like setting the time zone and regional language setting to german and increasing the log volume and checking the Database status in the MMC and did all but still getting the same error..droped database couple of times too..

i am using XP Prof,1GB Memory...

and also installed MS Looback Adapter.

SEVERE: couldn't connect to DB

com.sap.dbtech.jdbc.exceptions.JDBCDriverException: SAP DBTech JDBC: Cannot connect to jdbc:sapdb://David/J2E [Cannot connect to host David[Connection refused: connect], -813.].

if any body have idea about the error messages pleae guide me.

According to the error message above, it indicates that SAPDB was not running. Please check DB status in MMC.
