Hello experts,
we have an issue with our client.
We have 2 types of AuC: the first one (let's say AUC_1) has only 2 depreciation areas (10 / 90) and the second one (AUC_2) has 3 (10 / 90 / 91).
A user created an AuC using AUC_1, instead of AUC_2.
We tried to transfer the costs using ABUMN but the area 91 does not get populated (we can see a movement but with 0 value).
We checked the customizing and area 91 should be derived from 90.
Do you have any idea how to populate the 91 depreciation area?

Thibault

Hi,
If the sending asset (A) has 2 areas and the receiving asset (B) has 3 areas, you should take a transfervariant with transfermethod 4.
(Don't distinguish transfervariant and transfermethod).
The system checks the following:
If you have the depreciation area on the sending asset, the system takes the values from this area.
If you have the depreciation area not on the sending asset, the system takes the values from this area where you have maintained the "Adoption values" from depreciation area (in the tr. OABC).
(Note 327088)
best regards
Bernhard

Hi,
If you want to add the dep.area for particular asset/s, in that case you have to reverse the transaction posted for the asset, create a new asset with correct dep.areas and post the transaction for the new asset.
