Subcontracting scenario

Please explain the process of this Sub Contracting Scenario:

Suppose i transfer the material to our Sub contractor A and after some processing A transfer the material to B and B directly deliver the material to My Business place then how should i map this scenario in the system

    Nitin,

    This will depend on the business requirements for that process. You must first check if taxes are applied and if it the company today must track in their systems all the movements between the different "subcontractors" or if they only send it to special stock and process a sales orders return in the end or even if they don’t control it at all in their SAP system. Also take note of the different account postings that must occur during this process.

    After you gather all this information you will be able to draw your sales flow for this scenario considering the needs of your customer.

    Create a bom for material B and include A as the component.
