Hi,
In process of CRM upgrade from CRM 7.0 EHP1 SP05 to SP08 , will there be any impact on current integration between CRM & BCM.
Please let me know if this effect any BCM related configuration setting in CRM system.

Hi Ravi,
I think you do not have to worry much about anything. According to Relese notes for CRM Ehp1 (SP08), there is nothing added specifically for ICI integration, as far as I have found.
A few months ago, we have done upgrade from CRM7.0Ehp1SP05 to EHP2 SP03 (so even bigger jump than yours) and we did not have to do in CRM-BCM integration anything. We use only telephony, though, so far.
