sometimes, I can't find it despite having authorization 'SAP_ALL'.

    Hi Han,

    Get this authorization : SAP_BW_ALL.

Moreover I would suggest you to get the Role assigned to your user ID, in which the workbook has been created.

    Hello,

I have recently same problem and add the workbook in the favourite of a user using Function Module . The user has SAP_ALL authorisation. After adding workbook the user can access in T-Code RRMXP and also BEX Analyzer.

    * How to add a workbook to the favorites of the user?

      1. Transaction : SE37
      2. Function Module : BX_FAVOS_ADD_TRANSACTION
      3. Test/Execute(F8)
      4. Provide these Parameters
      5. USER_NAME : <USER_ID>
      6. TARGET_ID : default
      7. TCODE : RRMX
      8. TARGET_SYST : default
      9. TEXT : <Text of your choice>
      10. INFOS : default
      11. X_POS : default
      12. Y_POS : default
      13. SAP_GUID : <Technical name of the workbook>

      Thanks.
