Expencess report in sap bw

Hi Experts,

My requirement is  create Information technology department expenses reports, marketing,...etc. i don't  know what data source, cube support this type of report and flow also. please guide me . Thank You.

SCN is not a place to simply dump requirements and hope that someone does your job for you. It is a place to find help if you have specific questions, are stuck on a specific problem, or just want to have a chat about SAP stuff. I recommend that you try to solve this problem yourself first. If you don't know how, then do some research on the topic and give it a shot. If you get stuck, then by all means come here, explain what you've tried so far, what isn't working, and what you are trying to do, and I'm sure someone will be happy to help.

Hi Rajasekhar,

Can you first check from which transaction they do entry or see report in source. This will help you to find out everything.

HI,

There should be some cost center associated with IT department. Check with FICO team and than see in controlling standard cubes this data must be coming into bw where you can create your report on.

You can get source transaction then u can able to check if functionality standard or any customization is done. Also you can get base tables and then you can decide which datasource and how to use it to satisfy your requirement.

My OLTP System is ECC 6.0  and it is IT department only
