Hi experts,
Storage location field appears on selecting a certain product category in shopping cart creation.
As per the scenario the plant is not linked to any storage location in the table T001L. So during cart creation the storage location is blank which gives an error in the user attributes as missing LAG attributes
Can anyone please let me know how the setting is done that for certain product category the storage location field becomes active in the basic data section of the shopping cart creation.
Thank You,
Div
Hi,
The error message appears as below for almost all the users trying to confirm or reverse confirmation
Enter no more than one partner of Type Location
System status INCM is active (confirmation )
A week back everyone was able to perform the activities succesfully.
Any idea on this please share
Many thanks,
Tridib

Hi Div,
What is your implementation scenario, storage location field in basic data is not a mandatory field.
This value will be picked from Org.structure extended attribute settings.
You can only setup plant details in extended attributes, system will not give any error when you are raising SC for a non-stock PO.
Please let me know the scenario in detailed manner so that I can help you on it.
Best Regards,
Krish

Hi Krish,
Thanks for your answer.
The scenario is SRM 4.0 with ECC 6.0. The issue is mainly the SCMs are getting an error "INCM status is active" while performing confirmation or reversing a confirmation.
When I was checking for the possible reason I came across the "Define LAG attribute" error in the organization structure which said if the attribute is missing the users may face problem while confirmation. But as you are saying the storage location is not a mandatory attribute and shouldnot cause an issue, now I'm clueless what could cause the INCM error. Can you please help?
Thanks,
Div
