Hi
I am working for a client which manufacture bearings and the client is also responsible for mounting the bearings at its customer location.
Could anyone please let me know how this will be mapped in SAP?Kindly let me know the end to end process.

Are you using customer service module?
Step 1 – Customer raise Purchase requisition /purchase order for component and services.
Step 2 – Against purchase order you provide material and services. (Service entry.)
