Workflows : Mail Attachment

Hi pple,

How can I send a mail with Attachment?

We had a requirement to send the Trip details as an Attachment. Say an approval to a trip had happened at third level. Then I am sending a Approval mail to the Employee who raised the trip, First level Approved person and Second level Approved person. Well I want to send the details of the trip as an attachment. Is that possible?

It depends how the the trip details are maintained. If it is attached as a PC document within the workflow, it will be available to all further steps. If it is attached as a PC documnet to the trip itself using GOS, the only way to see it is using GOS by navigating from the trip. If it is maintained in a DB table, you can come up with a custom method to send mail with an attachment.

I think I have go by the last method, creating a CUSTOM METHOD and sending an attachment.
