Water Treatment: Pipeline Scenario

Hello All,

I need to map one Pipeline scenario for my client who has no PP implemented.

The scenario is: Water comes at plant in pipes. They process (treat) this water indoors. Produce treated water. Store it in Jars. Leakage (wastage) happens before & after treatment - both the cases.

Now my questions are:

1. What should be wise decision when mapping this:

A. Create Material Master as PIPE or ROH for the input water?

B. If I assume that I shall configure this as Pipeline Procurement, how I shall address input wastage especially FI implications of it?

2. How can I create a Material Master of the Output(treated) water...as PIPE or as FERT ?

3. How I shall address output wastage especially FI implications of it? Fact is, wastage often happens after placing the treated water into Jars.

4. As I don't have PP, I have to do MIGO "Place in Storage" after Treated water is produced. How to handle spilling (wastage) after that?

Will reward points to the best adoptable reply.

Thanks in advance,

MC
