WHat information do you want to extract. You can explore the documentation on VARST and VARAB, it offers several options to query Absence Data.

Hello SH,

you have to read the Field KALTG from the Infotype 2001 (ABSENCE DAYS) and take the abapers help.

Or else, you can write a custom rule by using the operation OUTWP.
