Emailing sales order acknowledgements ?

Hi,

Is it possible for SAP business one to automatically email an sales order acknowledgement to a business partner when the order is added to the system and if so then how do we go about doing it ?

I've tried looking on this forum and general internet searching but haven't found anything to confirm that it's possible. If it isn't possible then how else can we go about achieving this ?

We're using SAP B1 8.82 PL6

There are add-ons that do this.

Boyum Print and Delivery and Spindle are 2 that I know.

Hi,

This function is not included in the system design. You need add-on or SDK to achieve your goal.
