When performing a confirmation for pm orders using transaction Collective confirmation for PM orders without selection (IW44) there appears not to be a possibility to enter the Cause and Activity codes as well.
This seems only possible when using transaction IW42 ( overall completion confirmation) .
Is there a way to configure this as well for Collective confirmations ?
The background:
we have preventive maintenance orders for each individual pump ( equipment).
Maintenance takes place for a subset of these pumps in the same period of time ( not always clear in advance which equipments/ orders this will be because this depends whether they become available for maintenance).
When maintenance is completed for this subset of equipments they wish to enter in one go the confirmation ; entering the time per equipment as well as the Activity code and text .
Entering time is possible in IW44 ( entering it on the first line with default values for example to even more reduce effort of entry) , however the Activity codes cannot be entered in this transaction as far as i can see.
This implies a lot of additional effort from the user therefore because they need to enter the activity code and text in each individual order now using transaction IW42
