Retrieving values stored in custom fields

HI all,

I have used UME properties (ume.admin.addattrs) to add custom fields to the user profile.

Now, how do i get the values stored in this fields dynamically in the program (like we get other values of the user profile - First name, email etc.)

If some one can help me in this, it would be of great help.
