Batch not transfer to requirement qty

Hi,

I use Batch-Specific Units of Measure function ,but i get a problem when transfer the batch to production orders...

1.Click batch determination:

2.SAP search for batches and 423batch is selected.(there are enough stock)

3.After I click the "copy"button,only part of the "requirement quantity" is assigned with a batch.I try to create anther PO and also have the same problem..

Seems it is a program error..Anyone have experience on it?thanks..I search for related notes,but none is workable for me..My version is ECC 6.0..

Dear,

Yes its right for required quantity  is 2.353 where you have specified only 81% so it would be  1.906 and same is copied to your component for batch 423.

Thanks very much for your reply..I still have questions..

Based on the requirement qty in PO,2 KI1 is required(2/0.85=2.353)    0.85 is planned active ingredient

when I perform batch determination and find the batch with 0.81% active ingredient.It should suggest to use 2/0.81=2.469..Do you think so?thanks..
