System Deducting Pay on break time in and time out


Dear All,

I am in a fix here, as per client requirements we configure the late coming and early going policy, according to which the system deducts the pay of employee when he is more than 15 minutes late, till here the system is working perfectly fine, but the problem here is that if employee time out even the break time and came after 20 minutes during the break time the system deducts the pay.

Daily Work Schedule 09:00:00 to 17:00:00

Break Time 13:00:00 to 14:00:00

Employee's Time in 09:00:00 (Shift Start)

Employee's Time out 13:10:00 (Break start)

Employee Time in 13:50:00:00 (Break End)

Employee Time out 17:00:00 (Shift End)

Now the problem is that system start deducting the pay if employee didn't clock in within 15 minutes.

Kindly help me with this scenario, it is very urgent and important.
