"CM Request needs approval via WF. Responsible approver rejects CM req and creator of CM req does not receive an email / info regarding rejection. An email has to be sent out to creator of CM req .     Not sure what you are asking here. Do you want help with desiging this workflow? You should do some basic WF training and start building the workflow template. When you have a problem, then you should post a question.

    • Hi,

      If in the address are you find a asterisk then it means a mail can be sent to any email ID.

      May you can just check if your SCOT settings are done or not by going to the initial screen of SAP and on menu SYSTEM ---> SHORT MESSAGE and you should be able to see a screen like below

      And click on the first ICON on the application tool bar to send email to external address mentioned in the recipient area in the above screen.

    Transaction SCOT is handled by Basis usually. As far as the e-mail is concerned, it is the user (agent) e-mail address. That's usually in their user profile (transaction SU01). An exception will be if you are using HR, then, that will come from the communication infotype.
