Web App for SAP B1

Dear Experts,

I am going to start developing web application, please help me out. How can i develop it.

1) How to connect with SAP Business One database using web application(asp.net). I tried to connect like user login i set the connection string and gave the user name(USER_CODE) = "manager" and password(PASSWORD) = "manager". But it is not getting connected. When i connect from SAP GUI, I am able to connect it. But using app i am not.?

Please help me out on this., How can i achieve it.
