Error came at the time of use transaction launcher t-code in CRM.

We are facing this same issue when trying to create Problem / Solutions from within the IC. We have a transaction launcher set to call the Knowledge create screen. Any help on this would be appreciated...

We are experiencing same issue in CRM; however it's limited to few users only.

Can somebody suggest what's the root cause?
