Gratuity Eligibility Years in Termination work bench

HI all,

We are using PC00_M40_TERM for F&F settlement.

While computing Gratuity it is calculating even for employee who's service is less than 5 years.

Is there any check to avoid this?

And client want to check eligibility as Minimum 240 working days / Year.

where can I configure this 240 days check and 5 years service eligibility.
