MIGO transaction for good receipt

Hi,

At my place 'MIGO' transaction is customized for additional screen ( to choose serial #s from 103s using check boxes) and so I am failing to use Std. BAPI to do the goods receipt. Please let me know my options. I am trying to record MIGO transaction for BDC , will that work.
