Please check the planning file entry available for these materials in MD21.

If not then please create same through MD20 or MDRE.

After that run MRP in MD02 please select planning mode =3 'delete and recreate' and  aslo 'Plan unchanged components'.

Refer OSS note 550441 question no 6 for Coverage not provided by master plan.
