Automatic adding of a document after getting approvals

Dear All,

I had problem regarding,When any executive raised a document it goes for approval and got approved his HOD then finally go for final approval and that also got approved,then the document go to the person,who has raised.So the executive need add,it goes for invoice.

But my need is after getting all approvals the document need not go to the person,who has raised that document.Its automatically added

Is there any option like the above scenario
