Movement type blocked for a storage location

Hello,

In the process order creation process, the rerservation gets created for the components (bill of material items) with movement type 261 from issue location.

My requirement is if the issue location is A, it should not create reservation and throw a error message or warning message. If there is any location other than A or blank it should allow.

Is this possible? If yes how.

Dear,

Reservation will be created automatically for the order components against the storage location defined in BOM component.

If you want storage location other than A then define same in BOM component detailed screen.

In standard SAP it is not possible just correct the storage location in BOM.
