Source Sytem in SAP BW retrieve RFCUSER password failed attempt

Dear experts,

I have this issue in our SAP BW development client recently and I don't know how to solve it.Hope any experts can help me out here.

Issue:

Our basis team do a copy client to SAP ECC 6.0 QA's from SAP ECC 6.0 Production, mean they make SAP ECC 6.0 QA's data and config to be the same as SAP ECC 6.0 production.

The issue is, the BW connection config to SAP ECC 6.0 QA's has jeopardize because of SAP ECC QA's missing rfc destination BIDCLNT220.

Therefore we already maintain back the rfc destination BIDCLNT220 in SAP QA's. We maintain it in RFC destinations (SM59), in partner profile (WE20) and in logical system (BD54).

But we forget the RFCUSER password in SM59, then our basis reset the RFC password to a new password.

We change the password in SM59 in SAP BW and in SAP ECC 6.0 QA's. We also did change the password in SU01 for RFCUSER in SAP BW and SAP ECC 6.0 QA's (the password in SU01 for RFCUSER is the same as in SM59).

For one time, we check the source system (in this case our SAP ECC 6.0 QA's client) in SAP BW, we retrieve connection ok, but for tommorow morning, when we check back the source system in SAP BW we retrieve an error as below:

'Result of the destination check: Password logon no longer possible - too many failed attemps'

When we check in SU01, the password for RFCUSER in SAP BW has been locked. Do experts here have an idea why this password for RFCUSER been locked, after we already change the RFCUSER password in SM59 and SU01 in both SAP BW and SAP ECC 6.0 QA's client? Is there a place besides tcode SM59 and SU01, that we need to change the RFCUSER password? please advice..
