incorrect incorrect eligibility details on comp profile

Hello,

During comp planning, when the manager hits on comp profile button from the planning screen on the eligiblity screen, it shows the employee is eligible for plans that he is not eligible. On the planning screen, it shows he is not eligible. How can we make sure the data is synced between whats being displayed on the planning screen and the comp profile?

Planning UI is MSS_ECM_SEL_RU5
