I need to remove some CATS Absence Codes that have already been booked to. We will no longer use them and I do not want them to show up in the drop down selection on the Time Sheet.
1. If I just delete, will I still be able to see the code in reports/database etc?
2. Tried to delimit, but I want to end date it 12/31/2012 and not create another effective dated record.
Having problems delimiting without creating a new record beginning 01/01/2013
Can someone advise me how you have handled such situation?
