    Hi

Alternatively, you can use vba to automate process of creating tab delimited file from xls file.

I have provided users with this option in recent BPS implementation. If you are interested can provide sample code.

    Hello Isha,

.xls files are stored in a format that cannot be uploaded. If the data is in excel files and not very large, evaluate the option of cut and paste into a manual planning layout.

Another team member handled the actual exit for the upload from the whitepaper but I am fairly sure we were able to use .csv file format.. There was an excel micro to produce the file in the template to make it work.

    Hello,

Where can we find this document, is there a link?

    What transaction is that?

There maybe a solution using a tool that does easy uploads from Excel to SAP R/3.
