Hi Guys,
I have a scenario it is related to some bookings. Here the problem is i have not seen any errors in sxmb_moni,but i found few erros in RWB----->Message monitoring as system error. The Error category and Erro code is showing as below.i have gone through the SDN,but i didn't find a correct solution. my question here why these messages are not showing in SXMB_moni,why it is showing these messages in RWB only. These are the "Exactly once" messages. Business has not raised any questions as of now. can i resend those messages? This scenario is Idoc to file. please suggest on this?
Thanks,
Amar.

Hi Amarnath,
did you try to see the IDoc in IDX5?
Cheers

I dont know your pi version. Most of PI adapters are in the java stack except idoc, proxy and so... So if the sender adapter has issues with connection or some problems then you don' t see it in integration engine stack. Thats why you see in RWB (java stack) but not in the SXMB_MONI. You basically need to understand the architecture that directs the flow of messages(through many steps) while entering PI and leaving PI out.

Hi Baskar,
Thanks for your reply. We are using the PI 7.1 version. I mentioned mine is Idoc to file scenario. As you said Idoc will not erside on Java stack right!.then how can i see the messages in RWB(java stack),as it is not realted to java stack right? and one more Question how can i get the payload for this messages?
Thanks,
Amar.
You can still see idoc messages in the integration engine monitoring option of message monitoring. It has two options. 1 Adapter engine and 2 integration engine. Please check with BASIS whether you are configured to display messages in SXMB_MONI. You can also monitor idoc messages using the transaction IDX5.
Hi Amaranath,
The messages are failing in Adapter Engine. That's why the messages are not showing in Sxmb_moni.
Check the below link. It's related to your error.
