Hello HR specialists
I am trying to integrate a learning provider with SAP HCM. I want to build an interface which receives course participation data from an external system and this data needs to be updated in SAP HCM.
The interface sends details of employees who have finished a course , when , and with what proficiency etc..
I am struggling to find the right tables to put this data in. Can anyone please tell what are the appropriate fields and tables into which this data needs to go in ?
It would also be of great help if you can explain HCM data model in line with courses and qualifications. Any links explaining this will also be beneficial
