can anybody say me how I can learn SEM-BPS/BW BPS in release 3.5

I'm very new and i have no idee what i can learn this.

Is there an ebook or a special page.

Please refer not to a normal book.

I want an ebook or an internet page for free.

I need anything which I can learn step by step with good examples.
