Report With Multiple Charts On Multiple Pages

I'm using Crystal Reports XI

I'm having a heck of a time with this. The customer wants several related reports combined into a single report. The original reports were single page but had four charts on that page. Furthermore each chart was, actually, a subreport. Now I need to combine them all into one report that would be three (or four) pages, all (subreport) charts (ie, no "detail" section). The subreports are all sized to a definite height and width (2.5h x 5.0w)

So, I did what I thought was right. In the original reports, the charts were placed in Page Header sections (two subreport charts per section, two sections per report). It worked well, no problems. So, I added all the subreport charts to a single report placing two charts per Page Header section and ended up with six Page Header sections which should give me three pages. I run the report and get a notice:

The Page Size was not large enough to format the contents of an object in the report.

So, please don't tell me what I want to do can't be done. :-)

How do I create a report that contains multiple subreports that will allow for those subreports to be on different pages?

TIA
