Earning & Deduction Probelm in Payroll - Urgent assistance

Dear Experts,

Please Need your assistance on the below query as it is urgent.

We ran Payroll for all employees for the month of October (Pay Period 07 - Indian Payroll).

However for three employees' we are getting some amount in Earning as "Last Month Medical Premium" and in Deduction the same amount is also coming in the Payslip as well as RT table. Hence the Net amount is also not matching.

The amount is coming in RT as /561 (Claim) in the month of August.

However there is no such wage components we have maintianed in the system.

These three employees also are Rehired employee effective 01.10.2012 as they separated a long time back.

Please let me know how we can remove these amount & tally the net amount in the system.

Need some urgent assistance on the above query.
