Displaying document info record in CS12

Good Morning,

I have tried to displaying documents info record when I execute the CS12 transaction.

The documents are linked to the materials and to the positions of the bill of materials but the documents don´t appear in this transaction.

Can anybody help me?

Dear Andres,

Are you referring to the Document field when you enter CS12, or the Document field when you double-click into the item and go to the Document Assignment tab?

If you refer to the document field aftering CS12, please be advised only fields STPO-DOKNR & MARA-ZEINR can be displayed in standard. If these are empty then the document field in CS12 will be empty. Please refer to SAP note 361677.

I refer to the document field aftering CS12 so I suppose that i have to develope a report to get this information.

Hi,

you might need to create your own list profile (see here), if at all this is possible in CS12.

Why don't you use CC04?

Thanks a lot Ulf,

My questions is why this information doesn´t appears in the report if the field exists?

I don´t use CC04 because i want an ALV with component and document in the same line not in a tree. CS12, CS13, etc are perfect for this purpose but the document doesn´t appear although it is linked to the material master and bom position. I don´t know why.

Hi,

The fields you are mentioning are the document item fields (item type D) as far as I recall, not the document attachment fields.
