Former Member

Hi all,

I'm trying to scheduling a "perform self assessment" planning but in the review step of workflow don't results any recipents.

I assigned to the organizational unit involved in this plan the following roles to my user :

- Cross Regulation IELC Tester

- Cross Regulation Organization Owner

- Cross Regulation Policy Manager

- FDA IELC Tester

Why don't results any recipients?

Anyone can help me?

Thanks in advance

Daniele.

The "perform self-assessment" survey is for the control owner, not the IELC.  You are assigning roles for the Indirect Entity Control Tester.  There is a separate planning activity for test of indirect entity level control.

Hello Danielle,

You should check the setting for agent recipient

[tcode SPRO->General Settings->Workflow->Maintain Custom Agent Determination Rules]

in this activity find the recipient role for business event "0PC_PERF_ASSESSMENT" where Entity=G_AS, Subentity=CE. As per SAP standard there should be SAP_GRC_SPC_FDA_CTL_OWNER and SAP_GRC_SPC_SOX_CTL_OWNER. This is to perform the Self-Assessment.

For Review Assessment you should check the recipient role for business event "0PC_VALI_ASSESSMENT" where Entity=G_AS, Subentity=CE. According to standard settings there should be SAP_GRC_SPC_FDA_SPR_OWNER and SAP_GRC_SPC_SOX_SPR_OWNER.

After this check if these roles assigned to your user.

Hello Moldir, i checked the setting following your instruction and it's all right but i still don't receive any survey.

Could i have some problem with the planner? It would be strange however  because the risk assessment plan works correctly; i have this problem just with perform self assessment plan.

Hello Danielle,

You can also check if review step is enabled for Self-Assessment.

SPRO->Governance, Risk and Compliance->Process Control->Evaluation Setup->Specify Whether Review is Necessary

Here you should check if the Validation of Self-Assessment of Control is active.

If this doesn't help then try to track the workflow you activated via Administration Programs (also in IMG)

Good luck!

Hi  Danielle,

I recall that you are investigating a problem with the workflow. Please have a look at SAP note 322526. Hope it will be helpful.

Regards,

Moldir
