Sales Document flow

Hi Guru's

Have any of you worked on creation of Sales order from the action box of Customer service notification:

We have created a new function module and assigned the same to the action box, now the sales order va01 gets called in the notificaiton and upon saving it saves the sales order and the notification- IW52.

The sales document flow table VBFA is not getting updates. How can we achieve that such that the notification document flow shows the sales order.

VBFA table will update only based on fields VBTYP_V and VBTYP_N.  Whatever document category you see there only those documents will get updated in VBFA.  Check whether you could see the document category for service notification.  If found, ensure that you maintained copy control in VTAA.
