Quality Inspection IN QA32

Dear All,

I am having one issue.I appiled sampling plan for insepction as 100 percent inspection in return ,suppose i got 100 pieces of retun while doing QA32 and feeding results i have to feed reason of rejection for each item,now i want suppose out of 100 pieces 50 pieces are having same reason of rejection,can i put reason for all 50 pieces in same go inspite of feeding them seprately.Is it  possible or needs some develpment .If dev needed can you put some light.

I shall be highly thankful for some helpful answer.

Hi

You Have one more option.

You can define the catalog codes in defects in QS41 as per your requirement. Then in QA32, you can record the defects. There against each defect, you can provide the no. of defective pieces against each defect.

Greetings !

Let us assume that the returned fifty pieces got rejected due to failure code 'A'

You can create qualitative MIC for failure code (QS21) having "Characteristic control indicator" for "results recording" as "Summarized characteristic recording"

Now assign this MIC to an inspection plan (QP01) for the material

In the result recording via QA32, you have to enter reason for rejection as failure code 'A' only once and not fifty times

Use the short text in result recording to comment that fifty pieces are rejected due to failure code 'A'
