Quality Inspection IN QA32

Dear All,

I am having one issue.I appiled sampling plan for insepction as 100 percent inspection in return ,suppose i got 100 pieces of retun while doing QA32 and feeding results i have to feed reason of rejection for each item,now i want suppose out of 100 pieces 50 pieces are having same reason of rejection,can i put reason for all 50 pieces in same go inspite of feeding them seprately.Is it possible or needs some develpment .If dev needed can you put some light.

I shall be highly thankful for some helpful answer.
