CR Database Connection issue

I just installed my CR XI SP2 to my MS SBS 2003 server. No issues with installation... I moved my rpt file to a folder and when I attempt to refresh the data I'm unable to connect to the SQL DB and get the following screen with no options to connect to MS SQL... I should note that I installed Crystal on the D: drive not the C: Is there some INI file or something I need to adjust?
