alert not generated

Hi All.

I am working XI 3.0 with sp10.

I have done alert configuration as per documents . Testing alert program is success with alert generated and sent to internal user.

when I execute program "SXMSALERT_PROCESS_DATA_GET" in foreground with input parameters

FROMDATE - any date from which I want to check process

FROMTIME -

VERBOSE - 1

CREALRT - X

KEEPRWS - 1000

Then program result nothing output.

When I give details as above except parameter

CREALRT - blank

It shows Record analysis and result of alert analysis containing records .

My query is why it is not generated alerts?.
