Hello,

Could you please advise on the following. The TO was raisted to be moved from the source bin to destination bin and go to queue 5 in RF monitor.

Could you please advise as i am not very familliar with WM,how to check it why it was raised and assign automatically to queue 5 and how to cancel it reverse it?

Hi Mark ,

Hope you are doing good.

You define a queue and assign area and activities to queue . refer IMG > Logistics Execution >Warehouse Management > Mobile Data Entry > RF Queue Management

If config is maintained here transfer orders flow to relevant queue automatically. You can use LRF1 transaction to change and reassign TO to different queue.

Try these options and let me know if it works.
