Hi

This is a strange issue.

When User X logs in to the Portal, He gets User Y Screen.

This does not happen all the time but randomly.

Portal is on 7.02

Custom Login.jsp is used to post login data to SAP Portal.

as described http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/EN/62/601e1eebf54ca6a97e2873c8c63517/frameset.htm

Loggoff url is configured to Login.jsp

Has anyone experienced such issue?

What is probable solution?

Regards

Rajendra

Are you using SSO with certificate mapping?  If user X logged onto the portal from users Y's desktop user Y's certificate is now mapped to user X so whenever user X tries to logon user Y's desktop is presented.

Hi,

No we are not using certificate mapping.

the users are not accessing on the same computer.

users are global.so if a user is logging in from one city, he randomly gets any other session of a user who may be in a different city altogether.

Kindly check for authorizations given to particular users.

Seems to be an authorization issue and nothing else.

Hi Rajendra,

Plz check the master rule collection and if ther's any other custom rules and do check the group assignment for user X
